\((1)\)求数列\(\{a_{n}\}\)的通项公式;
\((2)\)在所有相邻两项\(a_{k}\)与\(a_{k+1}(k=1,2,⋯)\)之间插入\(k\)个\(2^{k}\),使它们和原数列的项构成一个新的数列\(\{b_{n}\}\),记数列\(\{b_{n}\}\)的前\(n\)项和为\(S_{n}\),求\(S_{50}\)的值.
